The villa has 2 floors, with 6 comfortable bedrooms, 2 stylishly furnished living rooms, 5 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens and is therefore ideally suited for 2 families, a nice group of friends or an extra large family.
On hot summer days, take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool, relax on one of the sun loungers on the spacious terrace, or seek shade under the pergola.
The surrounding area offers everything for an unforgettable holiday. Within half an hour, you can be on the beautiful sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast, stroll through medieval villages, or explore the impressive mountains of the Monti Sibillini National Park. Whether you want to relax, soak up the culture, sample wine, or get active, it's all possible here.

The house has been rebuilt on its original site, using materials from the old farmhouse, and now offers all the comfort and luxury for an unforgettable holiday.
With 2 floors, the house is perfect for 2 families, a group of friends or an extra large family.
Both floors have their own entrance and can be connected via an internal staircase or closed off for extra privacy.

During high season (July/August), the villa is rented exclusively as a whole, accommodating a maximum of 12 people. Outside of peak season, it's also possible to rent just one floor, suitable for up to 6 people.
With its thick walls, authentic wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiles, and stylish furnishings, the villa exudes warmth, luxury, and character. Considerable attention has been paid to the interior, with a unique design and a surprising style in every room.
Villa Bella Sorpresa is the last house on a quiet road, ensuring complete privacy. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this undiscovered corner of Italy.

Tucked away in the heart of Italy, between the Sibillini Mountains and the Adriatic coast, lies Le Marche: a region brimming with charm, tranquility, and pure Italian beauty. In the Netherlands, this region is also known as "Les Marches." Here you'll find the best of Italy without the hustle and bustle of mass tourism: picturesque villages, vast vineyards, breathtaking scenery, and a coastline dotted with beautiful beaches.
Le Marche offers something for everyone. Visit medieval villages like Sarnano, San Ginesio, Belforte del Chienti, and Macereta, where time seems to have stood still. Stroll through the narrow streets, sample local delicacies, and enjoy an Italian espresso in a charming square. For nature and adventure lovers, there's the impressive Monti Sibillini National Park, where you can enjoy beautiful hikes and climb Monte Vettore. And let's not forget the coast, with its 180 km of Adriatic beaches, where you can relax, swim in the azure water, or take long walks on the beach.
The region is known for its pure, authentic cuisine. Inland, at the many trattorias, you can sample the most delicious pasta, pizza, and meat dishes, served with seasonal, local vegetables. PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Villa Bella Sorpresa is a stylish holiday villa in the heart of Le Marche, the perfect place to unwind, enjoy comfort, and create unforgettable memories together. Whether you're traveling with two families, a group of friends, or a large extended family, our villa offers space, privacy, and character.
The villa sleeps up to 12 people and comprises two independent floors, each with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Outside, you'll find just as much enjoyment: a large saltwater pool, a terrace overlooking the green hills, and an atmosphere you won't find anywhere else.
During high season (July and August), we rent the entire villa exclusively. Outside of peak season, you can also opt for a single-floor apartment, ideal if you're traveling with a smaller group. You'll then share the pool and garden with any other guests.

ABOUT US
We're Edwin and Odette, married for 15 years, and have lived in Amsterdam's vibrant Jordaan district for over 20. But as charming as the city is, we dreamed of a place where we could occasionally escape the hustle and bustle. A place in Italy, a country we'd been in love with for years. And so began our adventure, searching for a vacation home we could not only enjoy ourselves but also share with others.
Le Marche had long since stolen our hearts. The nature and the beautiful green landscape, the picturesque villages, and the tranquility felt like the perfect place for us. We knew immediately: that's where our house had to be.
During one of our trips to Italy, we spent a week viewing houses. It was a crazy, rainy, but unforgettable week. In just a few days, we visited a whopping 26 houses, each one more dilapidated than the last. But then we saw it: what had once been an old farmhouse, now a shell rebuilt with the original materials. Only the exterior walls were standing, but EVERYTHING else still needed to be done. A considerable challenge, but also an opportunity to create something special.
Luckily, it was perfect for us. Edwin was a contractor for 25 years, and Odette works as a fashion and interior stylist for magazines and commercial companies. This house was the perfect adventure for us, transforming a bare space into a dream home. And it worked!
The farmhouse has now been transformed into a warm and unique holiday home. We want guests to feel right at home. The thick walls, authentic wooden beams, terracotta tiles, and colorful, creative decor give the house a character that exudes both luxury and coziness. Each room has its own unique atmosphere and element of surprise, with a strong focus on design and comfort.
In addition to the holiday home, we've built a private cottage on the property, where we spend our summers. This cottage is positioned to ensure 100% privacy for our guests.
