I've stayed at this idyllic location several times, and it's so special. The house has been meticulously cared for with love and attention to detail. The garden is magnificent, the views and all the greenery are peaceful, and the pool is, of course, the jewel of the property. An ultimate spot for the perfect Italian holiday.

Every now and then you come across places you simply don't want to leave. Villa Bella Sorpresa is one such place. Driving along an easily accessible dirt road—with fruit trees on either side and birds flying away before you—you enter an oasis of tranquility. Afterward, it's hard to choose what's more beautiful: the view or the lovingly furnished villa. From swimming laps in the large pool to making pasta in the fantastic kitchen. If it weren't for the fact that the hills of Le Marche have so much to offer, you wouldn't even venture out anymore.

 

And if that weren't enough, Edwin and Odette are simply wonderful people (and hosts). They give you all the space and privacy you need, but also make you feel effortlessly at home. We'll definitely be back – and we recommend everyone to stay here.

What a fantastic house Odette and Edwin have single-handedly created in the heart of Le Marche. But what else would you expect if you let a stylist and a contractor do their own thing?

 

We rented the magnificent ground floor of their converted farmhouse. What space! Three generous bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a large living room, dining room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen. The generous basket of local produce and treats meant we didn't have to go grocery shopping until the next day.

 

Upon arrival, our hosts welcomed us with a delicious drink, which we were just waiting for. For the first few hours, we were captivated by the surroundings. Not only by the stunning interior, but especially by the magnificent natural surroundings. A panoramic view of the beautiful landscape.

 

The house is surrounded by a large and pleasant swimming pool with sunbeds and parasols. Several terraces with seating offer morning, afternoon, and evening sun.

 

A truly special destination in a beautiful part of Italy! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and truly relaxed.
