Villa Bella Sorpresa processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you have provided it to us, for example by contacting us via email for information or a possible booking. We are required to collect this data for various reasons, which we explain below:

• Bank account number (in case of a booking)

Our website and/or services are not intended to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of visitors. HOW LONG WE STORE PERSONAL DATA

Villa Bella Sorpresa will not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We apply the following retention periods for the categories of personal data:

• General inquiries: Data is retained no longer than necessary to answer or handle your request.

• Bookings: Data is retained for at least 7 years after a confirmed booking (due to legal administrative obligations).

• Newsletter: Data is retained indefinitely or until a deletion request is made.
